Hello everyone! Welcome to the Its Emily Show! In today’s episode, I am joined by a very inspiring guest — a woman who has dramatically helped me in my shift toward a healthier, more empowered way of life.

Jesse Golden is a devoted Mother, Holistic Health Practitioner, Hatha yoga teacher, and model, founder & CEO of The Golden Secrets, and author of The Golden Secrets to Optimal Health. Her accomplishments began at an early age, when, as a child, she became a ballerina in her Mother’s dance studio. After putting the debilitating disease rheumatoid arthritis into remission through natural methods, Jesse has established herself as the face of hope in the health and fitness industry. She continues to thrive despite her diagnosis. Her mission is to inspire and empower people through organic beauty and positive daily rituals of self-love.

I came across Jesse’s Instagram account a few years ago when I was struggling to find my feminine power when searching for ways to be healthier. That’s why I’m so excited to be speaking with her today about the importance of self-love, learning how to connect with your greatest power, and tips that she acquired, both from her journey back to health and through her life experiences. We also discuss the importance of reconnecting with your spirit and using that to be the best human you can be.

Jesse also dives into how and why every obstacle is an opportunity for us to create more, why self-love is the path to feeling happier, and how you can gain power from pause.

Let’s dive in!
